Verify system status	Use the control panel to monitor the status of any convocation - this system overview capability allows easy management of the entire process and ensures that all diplomas required have been created and sent to production.
Correct and re-issue	Permits the correction and re-issuance of a single diploma in the case of any desired modification - for example, a graduate may wish to change his name from Charles J. Henchey to Charles James Henchey after he has already received his diploma.

The system maintains a complete list of all graduates and a copy of their actual diploma - it is fully searchable which allows you to always find the exact diploma that was issued for a graduate regardless of their graduation year or convocation time. This diploma will contain the exact original signatures and be a precise true copy of the original diploma. In addition, the system can be populated with historical information and diplomas can be created as long as the current diploma templates are used.

Convocation Module
The Convocation Module is an add-on module that can automatically create sections of convocation booklets or other convocation print items such as call cards. These additional print items are created from the same data that was used to create the diplomas and further extend the power of the system. These items are programmatically created according to the design specifications of your individual convocation materials.

Certified True Copy Module
The Certified True Copy Module is an innovative add-on module that automatically creates a certified true copy of a graduate’s diploma. This true copy is a reduced size version ( usually 8.5” x 11” ) that is a protected PDF replica of the diploma in full colour. It cannot be altered in any way and can be used to verify that someone is truly a graduate of your institution. It can be e-mailed to prospective employers to validate graduation and can be part of a system that charges the employer for this service. This module allows you to efficiently respond to verification enquiries in a most efficient manner.
